  2. they didn't need tests in NY....they just needed the idiot health minister and governor to NOT turn half of the larger nursing homes into Covid hospitals!! And stop sending ppl who have gone to the hospital with Covid BACK to the nursing homes....keep them in the hospital until they're better!!
