  1. the thing that's stopped me cold (pun intended)from buying an electric car is that it takes an hour or 2 to charge a car, 10 mins to fill a tank, pay and go. Not to mention that NONE of the Bidens own an electric car....if the rich don't have to buy them, why should i??
