  1. oh heck, you should come to Canada. We have standardized tests in Math and English in Grades 3 and 6. The English was adequate, but the Math scores were abysmal. Someone had a brainstorm and gave the teachers the same tests.....most MATH TEACHERS managed to pass the Grade THREE test, but hardly ANY of the Math teachers could pass the Grade 6 test....ps we as well as the USA have remedial reading classes in Universities....
