  3. no, biden predicting WW3 is good, because he's always wrong. If Biden says that WW3 might happen it won't. ps bagging your clothes will make no difference....the radiation will go straight through the bag material. It reminds me of the Cuban missile crisis where schoolkids were being told in case of a nuclear blast, hide under your school desk. Those ppl at NYC Emergency Management have WAY too many employees/ time on their hands.
