  3. Biden may be the exception that proves the rule. After all, in Congress and as VP for 47 + yrs, he DID have the reputation for being wrong on every foreign policy issue. Maybe after 40 yrs he didn't want to ruin his reputation for that. All the best to you!! (he DID graduate in the bottom 3rd of his law school class....that dim act all these yrs may not be a fake....)
