  1. well, not for celebrity homes......I remember in 2015's California drought, an enterprising reporter went up in the weather chopper and filmed celebrity estates. Matt Damon's he said , looked like a desert. All Kardashian estates and JLo's had acres of sparkling green lawn...they hadn't stopped watering for a minute. JLO, when asked about it, said that she'd pay the $950 fine, if she got one(she didn't)
