if the police had had body armour and military weapons...they wouldn't have had to wait an hour for Border Patrol to show up. Border Patrol was the first to show up, after the local police who had no body armour or heavy weapons. they'd come from 50 miles away. The Israeli Air Force scrambles and gets their planes up in 3 MINUTES. Someone needs to light a match under the local SWAT teams.
