  1. well, except for New York, Chicago etc....those locals are causing a LOT more problems than the feds. You DEFINITELY need the electoral college so the smaller food raising states have a say. When water becomes scarce, they need to vote to grow crops rather than the city pops voting to fill their swimming pools
