@thespectrum995 they are called hermaphrodites. Most tend to become women, because they are more likely to be able to reproduce with hormone treatment and surgery. It takes a lot of medical intervention, though.

@thespectrum995 technically, if she's had enough hormone treatment and surgery, she can. Beats being called "it"! All the best to you! (about half the cells are XX female chomosomes anyways.)
