  2. there was almost a CHAZ in Portland. Sadly for them, they tried to set it up in front of the Mayor's house. It lasted for about 30 secs, and then the mayor had it cleared away. yes, but that's NBC festive zone....MSNBC, it's relative, is the station whose reporter said there were no riots...it was just peaceful protests...as he stood in front of a large building that was burning to the ground

  3. it kind of happened in Toronto yrs ago....the police commission there is appointed and they always appoint ppl who HATE the police. I was startled to see how young the officers were there. A TO resident explained it....these are all new just -graduated cadets, and this is where they could get a job. As soon as they get a few yrs experience under their belt, they resign and move to surrounding small towns. Those towns have brilliant police forces full of grateful officers, and very little crime. Toronto crime is steadily rising.
