Garland is the guy who listed parents attending school board meetings as "domestic terrorists" When testifying before Congress, he comes across as a rather befuddled old man whose staff doesn't tell him much. His answers were mostly "i don't know" and "i hadn't heard that" . Hillary got off because after working as Sec of State for yrs, she claimed that she didn't know that C on a document meant Classified. ERK!
