  1. all ppl who live in gated communities....at least the Dems. We had that problem in Toronto yrs ago...their police commission HATED cops. I remarked to a Toronto friend that their police were SO YOUNG!! They answered that cadets coming out of the academy work in Toronto for a few yrs for experience, then head for smaller towns in the area.....lovely surroundings, grateful law abiding citizens, little crime, lower salaries, but then it's MUCH less costly. Everything the police want!
