  3. yup, we did. Obama sent billions to Sunni rebels in Syria....the money ended up in the hands of ISIS. Thanks to the West, Syria's now gone through a 12 yr civil war with over a million dead and 6 million fleeing the country. Too high a price for disliking a leader. Hope Biden realizes that.
