  4.  @tayboh13  one of the first guys out of prison in NY was a drug dealer who murdered someone the day after he got out....also maybe their CURRENT crime is non violent, but there ARE instances of rapists and child molesters getting out too, both in NY and Californis...no matter what the pols would like you to believe....eg a rapist violates his parole by shoplifting. Shoplifting is non violent so he gets out...
