  3. it's not the police not doing their jobs.....the DA;s either refuse to charge criminals. or release killers on bail. And then they go shoot someone else. ps the Police are NOT allowed to arrest for minor crimes anymore either....they have to wait until a killing has occurred to go after a crim.
