  1. nope....it wouldn't help anything. In Canada, pot is so expensive at the legal stores that ppl are still buying on the black market. Ppl who can't afford illegal drugs, STILL won't be able to afford legal drugs and will have to rob ppl for the money. Now fentanyl is being cut with Carfentanyl.....an elephant tranquilizer....it's MUCH stronger than fentanyl.
