  2.  @1133saginaw  none of the locals have seen any FEMA ppl there. Not in the shelters, buildings left standing, local officials like mayors, or police etc. Nada. Certainly no money for anyone to help....not to local charities, donors etc. No FEMA materials, like water, food, cots for the shelters. Nothing.
