NO. NO party keeps their promises (you can tell i'm older) I always remember when the NDP, our left wing party in Canada, swore that if they were elected we would have govt car insurance like Saskatchewan, and it would be much cheaper than private. Less than 6 weeks after they were elected, they announced that there would be NO govt car insurance....there wasn't enough money in the coffers. Disappointing, but we got some GREAT cartoons out of it!!
