  1. Snowden, or maybe Glenn Greenwald, warned us about this. The alphabet agencies (FBI etc) do NOT have enough agents to scrutinize all of social media, so they concentrate on White Supremacists and parents who go to school board meetings. The last umpteen mass killers had put rants on social media that clearly stated what they were going to do....law enforcement missed it
