  2. not to worry....under the law, the foundation can spend up to 95% on salaries and expenses....only 5% have to go to the beneficiaries. Foundations are basically a tax dodge for the very rich. ps i thought the Chinese vaccines didn't work very well....Malaysia seemed to have a LOT of trouble with them.
