Toronto police kept running into trouble with the police commission at the end of the last century...the commission just HATED the police. One day i said to a Toronto friend, "your officers are all so young!!" "yes, " they said "they're all new grads. Once they get a few yrs experience under their belt, they head out to the small towns surrounding Toronto and get jobs there. Cost of living is much less, the ppl are nice, the police are grateful, and the smaller towns have virtually NO crime." The silent majority voted these idiots in...they're getting what they asked for.
