  1. it will end up like Toronto in the 80's and 90's. I said to a friend "your police are so YOUNG here!" He replied "oh yes,.....the police commission HATES the Police and make life hard for them. So Cadets out of the academy work in Toronto til they get a few yrs experience under their belt, then they head out for smaller cities and towns nearby. Less crime, law abiding citizens who are grateful for them, lower salaries but MUCH lower costs of living, and close enough to drive into Toronto to see a ball game."
