  1. in Ontario, Canada, there are (were?) standardized tests for Grade 3 and Grade 6 Math and English. Most of the English results were OK, but less than half of the Grade 3 Math students passed, and far fewer of the Grade 6 Math students passed. The pass in Math numbers were so low that the govt had to figure out what was happening. One govt worker had the BRILLIANT idea of giving the Math TEACHERS the tests that the students had been given......while over half of the Grade 3 math TEACHERS passed, few of the Grade 6 Math teachers passed the standardized tiest for their students. Eye opener!!

  3.  @Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0000  you're probably doing well on your job site, but teaching Math IS a Math teacher's job site. If they can't cope with a GRADE 6 test...and some couldn't deal with a GRADE 3 test....that's not good. They should be teaching something else....or be in another job all together. Cheers!
