New York got thousands of ventilators from the feds (which they promptly sold to new Jersey) PPE's a hospital ship which they didn't bother to use, and had to throw 60% of their first shipment of hundreds of thousands of vaccines into the trash....the vaccines had expired/ been thawed and left. As one commentator said, "cuomo shouldn't have been writing a book praising himself...he should have been writing a vaccine rollout plan instead"
