Austen was said to be the worst general in Iraq. But he ticked boxes. My all time fave (so far) Is the guy nominated for the head of the FAA (planes) and had never had anything to do with them....except sit in them..... He had run trains once. One of the GOP senators asked him about parts of a plane and other air lingo...he didn't know any of them.
