  1. the barracks are good enough for soldiers, but not good enough for migrants? Are they serious? Hey, you were the guys that said New York was a sanctuary place. You're far richer than Texas small towns, and have many fewer migrants but you're whining about taking in migrants? As a sanctuary place, aren't you talking out of both sides of your mouth?
