  2. the one that took my breath away was the nominee for the head of the FAA......he previously had NOTHING to do with planes (he was in charge of trains instead) and couldn't name bits of planes or air maneuvers that apparently are pretty basic. But he ticked all the right boxes.... All the best to you!

  3. YIKEs!! If i were reversed on a case, i'd remember it in granite. So embarrassing!! Maybe it's because she's been reversed on so many cases that she says she couldn't remember the first one.....

  4. oh WAY LOTS! That's why i think the Judge in the Hunter Biden case is so wonderful....she's HONEST and chucked out his plea deal. SHE was the one who figured out it was a Hunter lawyer had phoned the Clerk of the court, pretended to be a GOP attorney and wanted the whistle blower's testimony kept out of the trial and record.
