  2. they may have given 48 or however many Billion to TRAIN the Afghan army, but no one bother to PAY the soldiers...not for the last 7 mos. Why would you give up your life fighting for a govt. that's starving your family? Most of the soldiers switched sides, and are now better off (except for a few examples who were executed)
