  1. that happened in Toronto yrs ago. The police commission just hated the police, and gave them loads of grief. One day i was visiting a friend and said "you're police are so young!" "oh yes" he said "they come here out of the academy, and get a few yrs experience, then they go out to surrounding small cities and towns. Law abiding grateful citizens, low crime rate, lovely surroundings, lower pay but much lower costs, close enough to drive into Toronto to catch a baseball game"
