  1. like Afghanistan, Biden is doing it bassackwards. FIRST you invent the technology to allow clean energy to function, THEN you get rid of fossil fuels. Biden's trying to decrease fossil fuels BEFORE the clean tech has been developed. Electricity from wind and solar stops as soon as the sun goes down and the wind stops blowing...the batteries or whatever haven't been invented yet to store solar all through the night.
