  2. Anne was on social media doing vodka and wine shots a couple of hours before. Another drunk celeb ruining a normal person's life and home....at least Heche didn't kill anyone this time.

  4. oh we had one of those in Toronto Canada. It was an older woman who begged for money and food. One reporter wanted to know where she went at night, so he followed her. She packed up, and went to her MERCEDES and climbed in and drove away....to her apartment in a nice area. I always eye the person....if they're dressed better than i am, no money. If they're teens, no money (we've had a lot of trouble with middle class kids panhandling downtown) If they're smoking, no money. If the girls have a lot of makeup on, no money. It actually leaves rather few ppl.
