  2. Belleville is a bit of a way station for drugs. The city has 6 ambulances....they can't afford more, because all small city tax money has to go to Toronto to bail one of the richest cities in Canada out of whatever crisis they're having now. The drug is called Tranq.....the zombie drug. Americans have been dealing with it for several yrs. No money, no start.
