  1. we went from 30 million ppl in 1997 to 40 million in June this year. 97% are immigrants. Stop admitting huge numbers of ppl to the country and the housing crisis will solve itself. Right now if you're a senior, you cannot afford even a studio apt in many provinces.....if you're trying to live on a govt pension.
