@suesmithers305 the Queen held off publishing the bullying report because all staff signs an NDA when they work for the Royals. Some staff were so traumatized that they had to be paid money. Harry threatened to sue ALL the ppl who broke the NDAs for everything they owned. The Queen witheld the report to save the staff from traumatic lawsuits....at the time Harry seemed to have shark lawyers and unlimited funds....and in the UK you have to pay the costs of your opponent if you lose. David Sherbourne charges 1,000 pounds an hour. All the best to you!

the Palace canNOT release the bullying report on the Harkles.....at least in the Queen's opinion. The staff had signed NDA's and were paid compensation for their grief. Harry has threatened to sue anyone who is named as being bullied in the report. The UK police are rather cowardly. ....they only arrest ppl who aren't going to hurt them. That's why knife crime is so high, while they are examining hate crimes. (no threat to the police there) Jewish students at American Unis are told to lock themselves in their rooms or quietly go to class....they're not allowed to go to libraries, comminity centers, campus theaters, etc. The Senate is questioning the President of Columbia....one of the top 10 Universities in the States and the worst for anti-Semitism (so far) and there are calls for her resignation.
