  4.  @patrickt49  Russia and North Korea are China's proxy, they depend on China financially and technologically. China uses Russia and North Korea for dirty job. China can stop the Russian aggression in Ukraine with a threat to cut technology and goods supply to Russia, China doesn't do this as this war is in China's global interests to destabilise Europe. Even this threat is redundant, the Chinese President just needs to tell Putin - stop the war.
