  2. Holy Crap!! Moved there in '07, transfered out in '13 and my 1 bedroom in Renton was $750 a month, now on that apt's website that 1 bedroom is $1294 a month!!! in 6 years that place went up about 70%. Worth it for $750 but so not for $1294. Lucked out on leaving at the right time I suppose.
