In the show, Ray proposed twice, and she said no because in the show they say it's because Ray doesn't make enough money yet and ISN'T a full-time sportswriter yet. After the first time ANY man should never ask a woman twice.

When I was in my late teens/early 20's, so many people would tell me I'm a moron for not wanting a wife and settle down. 30 years later, comically men tell me it was the smartest move ever and the older women say such a shame no woman married me. Seems men have changed and the women never do. If it weren't for Canseco already having a book titled Vindicated, I'd title my book that word.

  9. As being someone from a previous generation & 5'7, it's astonishing to me how I've NEVER had a problem with women because of my height. Now granted, even I have a preference for women who are 5'5 and shorter than me but, the thing I've noticed after I retired at 51 a few years ago, once women find out that I'm retired, or see that I own my house fully, travel the country for fun at times, height NEVER matters it seems. Young men need to work on themselves, and the women will come if you want them to. Put yourselves first & never stop building yourself up.

These advice-giving women are the end pieces of a loaf of bread, touched by everyone else on their way to middle of the loaf which is fresher, softer and tastes better.

More and more women that are finding it hard to deal with no second chances, being ignored or just not cared about anymore by certain men/people in their lives, all have one huge thing in common, never have being said no to a child, teenager or in their youthful looking years before that Wall slams them.

Take out the 20 minutes of fun you can have with them and even the majority of high value men would find them disinteresting, let alone the men they don't want or even bother to notice.

  22. The flat tire woman is always going to remind me of the time I was in Publix one time back in "07. One of her items was not on the conveyor belt so as I was placing the divider on the belt, I asked her "Miss, is this bread yours?" She didn't even turn around before saying "I have a boyfriend." So, I told her "Good for you, is this bread still yours?" She huffed, grabbed it and placed it with her other stuff. No even a thank you. No biggie, woman are bitches at times. Walk out with my younger brother about 10 minutes later, see her next to her car with a flat. As I walk by, "Sir, can you help me with my tire?" All I did was without missing a step, retort back "Get your boyfriend to do it." Didn't even turn around to see her response. My younger brother learned a valuable lesson that day coming with me to the store.
