  2.  @thomaswinston5927  Not according to The Wall Street Journal article, Federal Oil Leases Slow to a Trickle Under Biden September 4, 2022. Also US oil production hasn't reached pre-pandemic levels of 2019 and early 2020 at 13 million barrels of oil per day eia.gov.
