  7.  @Thebobbyman  Biden imposed new regulations on the oil industry limiting carbon emissions. Also contrary to what Biden has said federal oil leases are at the lowest levels since WWII. The financial industry has been discouraged from lending capital for those businesses connected to the oil industry. If you remember, Biden said during his campaign that he would shutdown the fossil fuel industry.

Some Southern Democrats may have occasionally voted for a Republican Presidential candidate, but those same constituents voted overwhelmingly for the Democrat Party in state elections. Most southern states were democrat controlled through the 90's and 2000's.

In 2026 and 2027 is 15 drugs. 2028 and beyond is 20 drugs. Big pharma will not be affected by Biden's BBB pricing plan!

Instead, restraining orders only provide grounds for arresting the subject of the order. The specific action to be taken is up to the discretion of the police. The Court stated that "This is not the sort of 'entitlement' out of which a property interest is created." The Court concluded that since "Colorado has not created such an entitlement," Gonzalez had no entitlement or property interest. It is tragic that her 3 children were murdered, but how would you suggest that the police enforce a restraining order? It's obvious that the man was deranged and had mental health issues. That problem has never been properly addressed in this country.

If there is a problem with the police officers there are remedies. We are a society of laws. Without those laws there would be anarchy.

  42.  @steveb796  Those "record high real wages" are not keeping up with 40 year high inflation. The drug pricing plan is a joke! It covers 10 drugs in the first year. The 2nd and 3rd year it covers 10 drugs. The final year it covers a total of 20 drugs. Out of the millions of drugs on the market, 20 drugs is a drop in the bucket! Biden said insulin was going to cost 30 - 35 dollars. That was a lie. One of my husband's insulin we can't afford because it's 160 dollars a month.
