  8.  @RaiseTheBar1976  Out of those states that are the top 10 in rankings, 6 of them are republican led states. There's more to state rankings than political party control. It seems as though you want to blame everything negative or bad on republicans and everything good or positive is because of democrats. It's not that simple.
