  1. There is a wall. However, it's not completely finished. Biden stopped construction his first days in office. The panels to finish the wall are sitting in the desert unused. The Rio Grande area is difficult to build a wall because of the river. Big Bend National Park is also along the border. Most illegal crossings are coming through the Rio Grande River.
