Also this "uptick" in border crossings started when Biden took office. Biden said he would reverse Trump's border policies, stop deportations for 100 days, and stop construction on the wall. Thankfully we have a judicial system that hasn't let Biden do some of those things. Border crossings are at historic proportions. The republicans are not causing the increase in migrants crossing the border, Biden's policies are. Biden isn't following federal immigration laws. His asylum rule violates the Immigration and Nationality Act 8 USC S 1101. The Homeland Security Act and the Secure Fence Act. Biden is making himself look bad by not getting control of our border. He has all the tools at his use to stop the unprecedented flow of illegal immigrants. Why is he not doing anything?
