Bri is wrong on so many points! Teachers Unions conspired with politicians local and federal to keep schools shutdown. As a retired teacher, I knew this was only hurting our children. The skill gaps will be with these children for years, some will never make up for the loss of learning.

@texkillerson6681 LOL I never joined the local teachers union. I also don't have a pension. I was forced to retire early because of a medical disability. Teachers Unions aren't collecting dues for the good of the teachers or students. They're in it for the money, power, and control.

The average teacher is about 40 years old, which is well below the highest group of people at risk for getting Covid.

@l.w.paradis2108 If averages are meaningless, then why are they used or taught? Also everyone is tired of the fear mongering and that is why Bri was getting slammed. She was definitely fear mongering when she used her way over exaggerated 17,000 children have died from Covid justification for keeping schools closed. Children whom have contracted Covid are 0.26%. Less than 1,500 children have died from Covid.
