  2.  @TheRatsintheWalls  Majority rule in each state can be different. The Founding Father's set up the Electoral College because they didn't want mob or majority rule.

  3.  @TheRatsintheWalls  That will never make it through the court system. Thankfully the EC is in the Constitution. It takes an ammendment to change the Constitution. Sadly that won't stop Biden and other democrats from trying to get rid of the Electoral College.

  4.  @TheRatsintheWalls  That works fine for the states that sign up, which BTW most are democrat controlled states. This system would pretty much assure that no republican president would ever be elected. Also when the compact reaches 270 the other states are left being forced by mob rule. Those states not in the compact would bring a lawsuit against the mob rule states. It would then end up in the Supreme Court.
