  3.  @AlexA-ko8lu  When the Senate holds a trial for impeachment there are certain rules that are only for impeachment. Some parts are done behind closed doors. Plus rules for impeachment say that the Senate can only conduct a trial. That means they cannot do any of Biden's confirmations or Covid relief. The Senate has to ask parliament if it can change the rules for impeachment.
