  2.  @thordean3166  You obviously haven't read the Bill. You are being lied too. The legislature cannot overturn the election or any votes. The law creates a board of 5 people. One person is appointed. One republican, one democrat and two other people. The people cannot have made any donations to any political parties for two years previous to being appointed. They are there to hear complaints then make recommendations to fix problems. County election officials then have two election cycles to fix the problems.
