Justin TimberFlake Immigration laws. US Immigration law states that children can only be held for 72 hours. There has been over 20,000 unaccompanied children come across the border. The Donna facility in Texas was overwhelmed with children. They were held longer than 72 hours. That is a violation of federal law.

Justin TimberFlake I have seen the border wall south of Douglas Arizona. There are hundreds of miles going through the Arizona desert. Lots of YouTube videos on the construction. Just because you fail to do research doesn't mean the wall isn't there. Don't be willfully ignorant.

@alisonlambert1429 Your facts are correct. However, you're being disingenuous. If you bought a run down house, then built a new house where the old house was would you consider that your new house? The wall may have replaced existing barriers, but it's still new wall.

@kathyd9324 The Biden administration arrested more because more entered illegally. However, deportations are significantly lower. Biden put a hold on deportations for the first 100 days. According to the Center for Immigration Studies approximately 62,000 illegal immigrants were deported in 2021. That is significantly lower than previous years. DHS removals 359,885 returns 171,445 for 2019.

@kathyd9324 I am aware of US code on asylum. My comment to you had nothing to do with asylum or illegal immigrants seeking asylum. Just FYI only about 26% of those seeking asylum are granted asylum.
