  2.  V N  Title 42 doesn't say anything about a selective ban on black and brown people seeking asylum. Title 42 is part of U.S. health law, specifically Section 262 of U.S. Code Title 42 which prohibits entry into the United States when the Director for Disease Control believes “there is a serious danger to the introduction of [a communicable] disease into the United States.” Essentially, depending on the health situation, the U.S. is able to prohibit entry to anyone except U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and their spouses and children.  Stop injecting race/racism where there is none just to push a narrative.

It makes no difference if the judge was black, white, brown, etc. If the law is ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge then it should go to the Supreme Court. If they rule that Title 42 is unconstitutional also, then it should go to Congress to fix the law. After all Congress makes the laws.

  7.  V N  I never disputed the court ruling. What I said was it will probably go to the Supreme Court. Not everything has to be about racism. You're trying to inject racism into Title 42 and there is nothing racist in the law, it is a law for health protection.
