  3.  @carlostuggle6515  As of May 2023, 8 months of FY 2023 US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Chief Raul Ortiz said there have been an estimated 530,000 migrants ‘gotaways’ since the beginning of fiscal year 2023, which began in October. I would say that is a large number and that's only 8 months of 2023. How many were there in the previous 2 years?

  4.  @carlostuggle6515  The Border Patrol has an estimated number of the gotaways. They have cameras and sensors that detect movement across the border.
