@Codekidable Your argument is seriously flawed. You're just cherry picking and taking parts out of context. 1. The Bill provides early voting Saturday and Sunday is included. 2. All precincts can be open from 7am to 7pm. That is the individual precincts option. 3. This Bill does address long waiting lines. Poll workers are required to monitor lines throughout the day. If voters are waiting in line for more than 1 hour the precinct will be required to add more voting machines or add more voting sites. 4. Water and food can be provided by poll workers. They can set up a self service areas for voters. Water and food can also be donated as long as there is no party affiliation. 5. The ID requirement is only new for absentee ballot. An absentee ballot can be requested online. There are multiple ID types that can be used and if you don't have ID Georgia will provide you with a free ID. Stop spreading inaccurate cherry picked information that just fits your narrative.

@Nick Arnold There are other states besides Montana. New York has the same law and Biden's home state of Delaware has a similar law.

@Codekidable You can't justify that not providing water to voters in line makes it harder to vote or that's it's racist in any form or fashion. Water can be donated and then provided by the poll workers. Just for your information SB202 addresses the long lines in some communities. Poll workers are required to monitor lines during the day, if voters have to stand in line for more than 1 hour, the poll worker's are required to bring in more machines or open up more precincts in that area.

@Nick Arnold Well obviously you would have to wait for the next election to find out. If if it isn't fulfilled in those minority communities then it would be the fault of those cities/towns/counties that are in charge of those precincts and those are predominantly run by democrats.

@Nick Arnold Biden did promise $2,000 dollar checks would go out immediately. There's plenty of campaign videos on or around January 3 - 4. This was after the $600 dollar stimulus was sent out during the last week of December.

@chadwilson763 You have been lied too. Go read the Bill. New York Times has the text in its entirety. SB202 increases early voting. Precincts are open on Saturday and Sunday. The precinct has to monitor lines and if voters are waiting longer than 1 hour more machines have to be put in place or more polling places opened.

@chadwilson763 If adding more time to vote and making more machines available for voters is optional per county, then why wouldn't those counties where minority constituents are located do those things to help their citizens? Those cities/towns are mainly controlled by democrats. Adding more time and voting machines in their precincts would benefit their citizens. If that is an option provided to them and they choose not to take advantage of those options they are the one's who are responsible for suppressing or limiting votes in their district. As far as the legislature choosing their electors every state does that, but Congress sets the date. After that date is set the state legislature cannot change their electors. Plus those electors can't choose a different candidate than that of their constituents.
